CREATIVE ART ACTIVITIES YOU CAN ENGAGE IN

During your free time you can consider learning or engaging in some of these creative art activities to:

  1. Help relieve/ reduce stress, anxiety, fatigue  and help relax so that by the time you are getting to resolve what was stressing you, you are in a better position to address the situation objectively, reason better etc
  2. To run away from negative behaviors e.g. addictions-phone, social media, betting, taking alcohol or drugs, and avoid negative influences (peers) and reduce idleness. The less idle you are the less the possibilities of engaging in negative behaviors that you will regret about later on.
  3. To earn an income from them and pay your fee and upkeep or supplement what you are getting from your parents/ guardians or Helb.
